As San Francisco was hit by a storm last week, so was my workspace. Not only was I bulking up on production in anticipation for my upcoming trip to James Beard and developing a dessert to serve there, my time was also spent preparing recipes and components for a dessert that Chef could take on a sales tour to Chicago, Washington DC and NYC before I met up with him next week for the big event!
